I build continental-scale systems connecting logistics, medicine, construction, tourism & mobility.
A decade of architecture.
A portfolio of systems.
One dedicated mind.
I don’t build products.
I build systems.
Systems that take industries shaped by chaos
And give them structure, direction, and scale.
Where others see disconnected problems,
I see one architecture waiting to be designed.
Where others spend months analysing,
I map the spine of the solution in hours.
My work lives at the intersection of logic,
human behaviour, and continental-scale execution.
It is not entertainment.
It is engineering the invisible —until the world can see it.
If you came here for small ideas, you won’t find them.
If you came here for structure, clarity,
and the way complex systems are actually built —then welcome.
You’re in the right place.
Blueprint of a Mind is a podcast about how large-scale systems are designed, structured and understood — from logistics and medicine to mobility, construction and public infrastructure. It is a clear, precise look into the mental models, frameworks and architectural logic behind building solutions that operate across cities, sectors and continents.
Each episode breaks down how I analyse complexity, design frameworks that hold under pressure, and build systems that scale with stability, clarity and intention. No noise. No theory. Only real architecture of business, operations and human decision-making.
New episodes twice a week.
You’ll hear me talk about:
• How I design businesses as interconnected systems, not isolated products.
• Why most founders fail — and how I avoid the patterns that lead to collapse.
• What it means to stay human while thinking in decades, structures and continental flows.

My strength is the ability to see the world as interconnected systems — not isolated problems. I design architectures for industries where clarity is rare and complexity defines every decision. My work turns this complexity into functional structures that can operate at scale.
I grew up without resources or privilege, relying on one thing only: the ability to understand how things truly work. I visualize structures in 3D, identify patterns others overlook and engineer solutions that hold together under pressure. This mindset allows me to design systems that can support cities, industries and large-scale operations.
Today I’m fully dedicated to building architectures that leave a lasting impact. Systems that reduce chaos, increase resilience and create new standards for how industries operate. My work is a combination of engineering, foresight and structural logic — all directed toward building systems that stand the test of time.
About MeA portfolio of systems designed for Europe and beyond. Each project is a piece of a larger architecture - Archeon Dynamics
Healthcare * Diagnostics

A diagnostic support system for general practitioners. Doctor Deck is designed to help doctors see patterns earlier, reduce misdiagnoses and structure complex symptom data into clear decision support — without replacing human judgment.
Logistics * Human-Centric

A 24/7 ecosystem for professional drivers and transport companies. Driving.By.24 connects people, routes, replacement drivers, documentation and safety tools into one architecture — designed to make the life of a driver finally humane, efficient and respected.
Logistics * Freight Matching

A direct bridge between production and transport. Syncargo is a cargo liquidity engine that connects factories and carriers without middlemen, with transparent pricing per kilometre and deep integration into ERP systems — so that every shipment finds the right truck at the right time.
Construction * Modular Housing

A system of modular homes engineered for cold climates and rapid deployment. Aurora combines factory production, logistics and on-site assembly into one architecture — from Scandinavian glamping to premium booking-ready cabins for tourism and long-term living.
Construction * SaaS

A tool for small and mid-sized construction companies that turns complex quoting into a precise, fast and professional process. Estima connects measurements, materials and labour into real-time offers that can scale across Europe — integrated with tools like Bosch devices and retail partners.
Tourism * Audio Experience

A new way to experience cities. Audiotravel uses geolocated audio, local narrators and smart routing to guide travellers through real stories, not just monuments. It can power entire regions in partnership with platforms like Booking or Airbnb — from the airport to the smallest local museum.
Mobility * Premium Transportation * Urban Logistics

A premium city-to-city mobility network with a unified fleet, luxury-level service and fully automated operations. Reliable VIP transport for airports, hotels and business travel — consistent in every major city.
1. Systems over fragments
I don’t chase ideas — I design structures. When I look at a problem, my mind instantly rebuilds it into flows, dependencies, bottlenecks and decision points.I see the whole organism before a single feature exists.
That’s why my solutions scale consistently, not accidentally.
2. Clarity before speedMy Method
Execution only works when architecture is flawless.I remove noise, contradictions and hidden failure points before anything is built. When the logic is clean, every team — from engineering to operations — moves faster with fewer mistakes.
Clarity is the foundation of velocity.
3. Predictability in complexityResult
Chaos is not a threat in my world — it’s raw material.I design systems that stay functional even when reality becomes unstable.Resilience, redundancy and controlled failure paths are built in from day one.
A good system doesn’t hope for ideal conditions — it survives real ones.
1. Sustainability at 1–5% market penetration
Each system in the Archeon portfolio is engineered to become self-sustaining at just 1–5% market penetration.
No dependency on unrealistic adoption curves, no reliance on scale-driven miracles — pure mathematical design.
This dramatically lowers investment risk and means the project maintains itself long before it becomes mainstream.
2. Architecture that removes operational riskFull Ownership on Your Side
Archeon’s systems are designed so that execution teams don’t need to be exceptional — the architecture is.
Every process, dependency and failure mode is modeled upfront, reducing uncertainty and eliminating the typical “human factor fragility” found in most ventures.
Investors aren’t buying a vision; they’re buying an operational blueprint where success is the default outcome, not the exception.
3. High-CAPEX upfront, stable OPEX — infrastructure logic
Archeon’s architecture follows the economics of real infrastructure, not traditional startups.
We front-load investment intentionally — to build systems that reach structural integrity early and operate with near-flat OPEX for years.
Large, decisive rollouts reduce fragmentation, accelerate dominance, and create long-term stability that compounding CAPEX could never achieve.
This model is built for investors who understand that real value comes from strong foundations, not incremental tinkering.
